The portfolio of Justine Zegna is quite diverse and represents a number of various catering, personal chef and restaurant design areas.
Restaurants
From 1995 to current Justine has been the owner and chef of the award winning restaurant Planet X Cafe in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The restaurant started out due to demmand and popularity of her Planet X Catering company. Planet X offers fine and casual dining and sources it’s ingredients from local farms and suppliers. The food ranges from organic, free-range, and also features a vegetarian menu with gourmet vegan dishes. Planet X Cafe is seasonal and opens from May to October.
Restaurant Design
For the fine dining restaurant Venus on the Half Shell, Justine was asked to come in and develop the menu, the decor and the brand. Justine, whose background is based in organic and vegetarian cooking…is from the purist school, her focus for Venus was to utilize fresh, local ingredients that highlight rather than overpower the natural flavors. It proved extremely successful and highly popular with diners across the East Coast. Once completed it was handed over to the owners to continue what Justine had begum for them.
